Someone Else's Fairytale is a Semifinalist in the Kindle Book Review's Best Indie Books of 2012 Contest!

Not often I update the site twice in two days. I was caught by surprise last night when I got an email informing me that Someone Else's Fairytale is in the semifinals for the Kindle Book Review's Best Indie Books of 2012 Contest. To be honest, I'd forgotten I'd even entered, as competition is fierce and I never thought I'd make the cut.

Even better, my colleague who blogs with me at The Scribblers Cove, Susan Kaye Quinn, also made the semifinals with her book, Open Minds. She is in the YA category. I am in the romance category.

Thanks, everyone who has made and continues to make Fairytale a success. It's sales have been strong for five months now and this month they've started even stronger than last. Much of this profit is being reinvested back into my next book, Castles on the Sand, which as I announced yesterday, will be released on August 20, 2012. And I'll put the trailer here, too:
